This is a calling notice for the Notts County FC Supporters Association AGM

The AGM will take place on Tuesday 23^rd June 2026 at 19:30 (7:30pm) at Bridgford Social Club, 28 Rectory Rd, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 6BG.

To attend the AGM you must be a paid up member of NCFCSA for the 2025/2026 season.

All business connected to AGM must be sent to the secretary via email on secretary@ncfcsa.org.uk by end of play 15^th June 2026.

Nomination forms to stand for committee are available from the secretary, please request your form 2 weeks before the AGM closing date 15^th June 2026. Members must be in attendance to be elected onto the committee.

Any other business relevant to the AGM is to be submitted in writing to the Secretary no later than Monday 15^th June 2026.

The Chair to formally open the meeting and welcome members in attendance.

Apologies for Absence

To receive and record apologies from members unable to attend.

Confirmation of Quorum

To confirm that the meeting is quorate in accordance with the Constitution of the Association.

Approval of Minutes of the Previous AGM

To approve the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting as a true and accurate record.

Matters Arising from the Previous Minutes

To consider any matters arising not otherwise covered within the agenda.

Chair’s Annual Report

To receive the Chair’s report on the activities and affairs of the Association during the previous year.

Treasurer’s Financial Report and Adoption of Accounts

To receive the Treasurer’s report;

To present the annual accounts;

To approve and adopt the accounts for the financial year ending [Insert Date].

Membership Secretary’s Report

To receive a report concerning membership levels and member engagement.

Constitutional Amendments

To consider and vote upon proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Association in accordance with the constitutional procedures governing amendments.

Election of Officers and Committee Members

To elect Officers and Committee Members for the forthcoming term, including:

• Chair
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Additional Committee Members
• Close of Meeting
• The Chair to formally close the meeting.

Notes

Only fully paid-up members of NCFCSA shall be entitled to attend and vote at the AGM.
