To attend the AGM you must be a paid up member of NCFCSA for the 2025/2026 season.
All business connected to AGM must be sent to the secretary via email on secretary@ncfcsa.org.uk by end of play 15th June 2026.
Nomination forms to stand for committee are available from the secretary, please request your form 2 weeks before the AGM closing date 15th June 2026. Members must be in attendance to be elected onto the committee.
Any other business relevant to the AGM is to be submitted in writing to the Secretary no later than Monday 15th June 2026.

Chair’s Annual Report
To receive the Chair’s report on the activities and affairs of the Association during the previous year.
Treasurer’s Financial Report and Adoption of Accounts
To receive the Treasurer’s report;

Membership Secretary’s Report
To receive a report concerning membership levels and member engagement.
Constitutional Amendments
